| Branxton Rural fencing contractors have worked extensively in The Hunter Valley erecting vineyard trellising for some of the many local vineyards that have been constructed in the last 15 years. |
 |
Most posts for grapevine trellising systems are timber posts, either pine posts or hardwood posts. Steel or plastic posts are sometimes used however treated pine is preferred for durability and their striking visual character.
Trellis system accessories such as hooks, clips, staples and ties, including wire and plastic ties, twines and tapes are also used in the construction and configuration phase of vineyard establishment.
In order to assemble grapevine trellising systems tools such as trellis guns, tying tools, clip applicators and staplers, including pneumatic staple guns, are essential for applying trellis components. All of these tools are readily available in the Branxton Rural mobile workshop and tool vans along with steel fencing and trellising wire, wire ties, wire joiners, and clips and equipment such as wire strainers and tensioners to ensure correct wire tension.
Fencing supplies are all provided by Branxton Rural for other timber and steel fences throughout The Hunter Valley vineyard properties..
Branxton Rural fencing contractors are expert fencing contractors with many years of experience in trellising. They are highly skilled and can smoothly do the work of installing trellising systems and fences in vineyards.
